Returns & Exchanges

• No returns for customer convenience: Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is defective.
• Damaged or defective items: In the event of damage during shipping or obvious defects, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product.
• Proof required: Please attach photos or videos showing the issue when you contact us.
• Resolution: After reviewing the situation, we will consider appropriate measures, including refunds, upon return of the item if necessary.
• Craft variances: Please note that individual differences in handcrafted works (such as slight variations in color or shape) are not considered defects.

European Union 14 day cooling off period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

How the Service Works

• Please contact us first through our contact form.
• We will assess the condition and extent of the damage. We may ask you to provide photographs of the piece.
• We will advise you whether restoration is possible and provide an estimated cost and completion time.
• Once you have reviewed and approved the details, we will proceed with the restoration service for a fee.

Important Information

• Due to the unique, handcrafted nature of each piece, restoration cannot guarantee a complete return to its original condition. We will propose the most appropriate restoration method for the individual piece.
• Depending on the extent of the damage and the techniques or materials used to create the piece, restoration may not be possible.
• Costs and completion times vary depending on the condition of the piece. A separate estimate will be provided for each request.
• Customers are responsible for all round-trip shipping costs associated with the restoration service.
