No returns for customer convenience: Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is defective.

Damaged or defective items: In the event of damage during shipping or obvious defects, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product.

Proof required: Please attach photos or videos showing the issue when you contact us.

Resolution: After reviewing the situation, we will consider appropriate measures, including refunds, upon return of the item if necessary.

Craft variances: Please note that individual differences in handcrafted works (such as slight variations in color or shape) are not considered defects.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
