Entry Terms

Lottery Sale Entry Terms

These terms govern entry into the lottery sale (the "Lottery") for the Sonic the Hedgehog Arita Ware "Infinite Blue." By entering, you agree to these terms.

1. Organizer

The Lottery is conducted by Marukyu Co., Ltd. ("we" / "us") on the YOYOYO Official Store.

2. Product

Sonic the Hedgehog Arita Ware "Infinite Blue" (online lottery allocation from a worldwide limited edition of 50).

3. Entry Period

1st round: October 9, 2026 (Fri) 10:00 to October 18, 2026 (Sun) 23:59 (JST)
2nd round: the timing and details will be announced separately on our store and official social media.

4. How to Enter

  • Submit the designated entry form with the required information.
  • One entry per person. Duplicate entries (including via different email addresses) will all be void.
  • Entry is free of charge; payment is required only if you win and proceed to purchase.

5. Eligibility

  • You must have a shipping address in one of the eligible countries or regions listed on the entry page. If you would like delivery outside those regions, please contact us in advance.
  • You must be 18 years of age or older to enter.
  • Entries for resale purposes are strictly prohibited.

6. Drawing & Notification of Results

  • Winners will be selected fairly after the entry period closes.
  • Results will be sent by email to all entrants, sequentially, from late October 2026 onward. Notification by email constitutes the announcement of results.
  • Additional winners may be notified at a later date in the event of a supplementary drawing.
  • Entrants who are not selected in the 1st round will automatically be entered in the 2nd round drawing (no need to re-enter). If you do not wish to be included in the 2nd round, please contact us.

7. Purchase Procedure

  • Winners must complete their purchase via the dedicated URL in the notification email within 7 days of notification. The exact deadline will be stated in the notification email.
  • If the purchase is not completed within the deadline, the win becomes void and a supplementary drawing may be held.

8. Winning Rights

  • The right to purchase is personal to the winner and may not be transferred or sold.
  • Orders placed by anyone other than a winner will be cancelled.

9. Price & Payment

  • USD 7,000 (duties, taxes, and shipping not included; duties and import taxes are collected at checkout — no additional charges on delivery). See the entry page for estimated shipping and duties by country.
  • For delivery within Japan, the price is shown in JPY at checkout.

10. Delivery

Items are made to order and will be delivered sequentially after the order period closes (up to approximately 10 months).

11. Personal Information

Personal information you provide will be used to conduct the drawing, notify entrants of the results, deliver products, and send related communications, and will be handled in accordance with our privacy policy.

12. General

  • Entries or wins involving fraudulent activity will be void.
  • These terms may be amended without prior notice.
  • These terms are governed by the laws of Japan.

For international orders, shipping and duties/import taxes apply in addition to the product price (US$7,000). Both are paid at checkout, so there are no additional charges on delivery.
